Terrain Parks at Apex Resort
Apex Resort is home to four terrain parks for riders of all levels.
First-time park riders looking to learn basic skills head to the Magic Carpet where you will find The ‘Little’ Nuggets Park! This is a very beginner park to get you accustomed to getting your balance when learning some starter tricks. The ‘Little Nugget’ Terrain Park has a couple of small 5ft roll over’s, a couple of boxes, and a small rail. This park open daily, and is accessible Friday and Saturdays with night skiing. Closed.
Step it up to the Okanagan Park for wall rides, spines, hips, small to large rails and boxes. This park is adjacent to our T-Bar and is also lit up for night skiing Friday and Saturday evenings. This park has a range of small roll overs (5ft) to larger roll overs up to (15ft). This is our smaller progression park to challenge you just that little bit more. You can tackle this park during Friday and Saturday night skiing as well. Closed.
The Prospector Terrain Park is the perfect place to see some big advancement in your skillset. This is Apex Mountain Resorts full size Progression Park, featuring skill building jumps and rollovers (15ft-20ft). More boxes, more rails, and some small gaps will be waiting for you in this terrain park. Spin your first 360’, dial in your board slides, and conquer those rail slides. Closed.
The Claim Jumper Park is where our BIG features live! Advanced riders recommended. We anticipate that this park will challenge you. This park has some BIG boy step-ups, more challenging gaps, longer rails, along with cannon rails. This is where big air lives! Jumps range from 20ft to 50ft. Closed.
