Season Passes at Apex Resort
A Season Pass is the best way to enjoy Apex 7 days a week from Dec. 9th 2023 to April 1st 2024! For the 2023/24 season, pass-holders at Apex will receive TWO FREE Bonus Lift Tickets at: Silver Star Mountain, Mt. Washington, Mt. Seymour, Manning Park, Baldy Mountain, and THREE FREE Bonus tickets to both Whitewater and Castle Mountain! (that’s 16 FREE LIFT TICKETS valued at over $1,600.00 for an Adult). You will also receive 25% off at most other mountains in BC. [Full list to come soon]. A season pass is the most affordable way to play at Apex. After 9 times you will have the rest of the season free with an Adult pass or ski free after 8 times with an Adult family pass. Seniors, Teens and Juniors only need 7.5 times to ski the rest of the season for free. RETURNING THIS SEASON the ‘Buddy Pass’ will be included as an added bonus to your season pass. All Season Pass holders will be able to bring a buddy to ride with for the day and the buddy will receive 50% off their full day lift ticket. Season Pass holders must show their valid 2023/24 Apex Mountain Resort season pass at the time of purchase. Each season pass holder will receive two ‘Buddy Passes’.
Buddy Passes will not be available on Saturdays and during holidays.

* A family is defined as three people or more; one or both parents and their children, over 7 and under 19 years old, living at home. Families of five or more only pay for the four eldest members and the remaining family members are FREE**

++ In order to be eligible for the University Student rate, you must be a Full-time adult student at an accredited post-secondary institution. You must be enrolled in both the fall and winter semesters and proof of registration is required. Students are not counted in the discounted Family rate.

- Apex Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Categories are determined by age as of December 31, 2023
- Refund option is available at an extra cost
- Passes cannot be issued until all payments are completed/processed
- A fee of $25.00 will be imposed on any NSF cheques and on any declined credit cards

Apex Season Passes Sale Locations
Prior to September 1st 2023: Season passes can ONLY be purchased online. Available online until October 15th, 2023.
After September 1st 2023: Fill in the Season Pass Application Form at the Following Locations Until October 15th, 2023:
- Freeride Board Shop, 525 BC-97, West Kelowna, BC
- Pentagon Board Shop, 2210 Main St, Unit 104, Penticton, BC
- Sportchek, 101-2701 Skaha Lake Rd, Penticton
Please note that we can only accept debit card payments in person at Apex Mountain Resort. Payment plans are only available online. Please also note that you cannot collect your pass at these locations, just fill in the forms. Collection is at the Apex Office.
Buying your Apex Season Passes at these locations until October 15th, 2023:
- Applications are available instore or online after September 1st 2023
- Read, sign and date the Conditions of Sale
- On the application, fill-in the date and last name
- Check Yes, or No, for the 3 questions (if you are a passholder from last year and haven’t moved, there’s no need to complete the Mailing Address section)
- Enter first names (and last names if different than above), age category (Adult, Teen, etc.), birth dates, and pass prices
- Complete Locker section if desired
- Select Yes or No, for Refund Option; if Yes 5% of total +GST will be added to the purchase price of the season pass
- Complete payment information
